Wildauer Schmiede- und Kurbelwellentechnik GmbH specializes in the production of large forgings and ready-to-install crankshafts. Our safety components cover a product range from low to high-alloy steel materials, which have a low CO2 footprint due to their production method. The product portfolio includes connecting rods and crankshafts for large engines as well as pumps and compressors and large closed-die forgings, which are used in railroad technology, mechanical and plant engineering and food production, among others.

In-house toolmaking for customized solutions
We have our own toolmaking department, which enables us to design and manufacture components according to customer requirements, such as guide vanes or components for cable cars.
Core of large-scale machinery
Producing forged components weighing up to 3.5 tons and ready-to-install crankshafts up to 20 tons, our meticulous craftsmanship and rigorous testing ensure top-notch quality.
Proven Quality
Our forged components and crankshafts are engineered to endure decades of high stress. Our stringent and comprehensive quality assurance encompasses material testing in our own laboratory and certification by renowned inspection agencies.
