Steering component
We support our customers in the development and design of steering racks and produce them for steering systems in passenger cars and commercial vehicles. We can offer prototypes, blanks, semi-finished products or ready-to-install racks (variable or constant toothing) for globally producing OEMs, TIER1 suppliers and steering manufacturers.
We have all standard processes at our disposal for the manufacture of gear racks. In particular, we have the high-quality gear grinding process and the patented semi-hot forging process of our associated company Bishop for the production of gears. We also have high-precision grinding and finishing of spindles for ball screws.
